charming atmosphere

excellent service

perfectly situated hotel near parks and main attractions

i had a delightful stay with excellent service and a charming atmosphere. It was an easy stroll to beautiful vermane garden and other landmarks like the freedom monument, making my city walks truly enjoyable.

Half amazing, half disappointing

The location is perfect with easy access to the old town shopping and parks. Staff were really nice making the stay enjoyable and smooth. My room was spacious and incredibly well-equipped.

Lack of air conditioning made the hot nights uncomfortable. I faced issues with the Wi-Fi connection dropping out frequently, which was quite frustrating.

Efficient and friendly staff at reception.

The check-in process took forever, over an hour! the room claimed to have air conditioning, but this was a total lie. Instead, we received fans, which barely helped in the sweltering heat. To top it off, the breakfast was a disgrace—poor quality, unappetizing options that felt stale and tasteless. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I left feeling cheated.

During our recent stay, we appreciated the cleanliness of our room, which had a nice fridge and safe for added convenience. The breakfast was good, with options that satisfied our tastes. While the room was nice and the location was perfect, being close to shopping and a short walk to popular sites made our exploration of the city much easier. it was disappointing to find that the spa facilities were not available during our visit, which was initially a draw for us.
